Our signature Path to Purpose Workforce Readiness Program is a five-week cohort experience designed specifically for returning citizens and justice-involved individuals who are preparing to enter or reenter the workforce.
Over the five weeks, participants develop a clear plan for long-term education, employment, and career milestones that support continued progress beyond their first job and take actions to achieve early milestones. In between sessions, cohort members meet for individual or small group coaching sessions.
Each participant presents their life plan in the culminating week and receives a certificate of completion. -
Our 5-Day Path to Profitability Employment Accelerator is an intensive workforce readiness experience designed specifically for returning citizens and justice-involved individuals who are preparing to enter or reenter the workforce.
Participants build the interviewing skills, workplace soft skills, confidence, and practical strategies needed to navigate the job search and show up prepared for employment opportunities.
Designed as an add-on to existing reentry, workforce development, and community-based programs, the accelerator helps strengthen outcomes. -
We offer individual and small group coaching for opportunity and justice-involved youth and adults. Our coaching helps participants build the mindsets, habits, and skills to transform their lives, overcome barriers, and move off the path to prison and onto the path to purpose.
